Early To Bed
I haven’t been sleeping well lately. It’s not that I can’t sleep; I just can’t sleep longer. I had planned to come home straight after work yesterday and zonk out but I made a beeline to the groceries and picked up some grains (because god knows how bloated I’ve been lately), yoghurt, and juice. Afterwards, I made a few calls back home and before I knew it, it was 1am.
Okay…maybe 12am. Fine, I watched the next episode of one of the tv shows I’m catching up with and I managed to get to bed around 2am. Ugh. I don’t know. I just want to sleep and not eat and to make this big belly go away.
I also haven’t had time to write anything, not even in this blog. So I feel like I’m not being productive at all ever since I got the laptop. Even my reading has been affected and that’s not good. Maybe I just need to get my rhythm back together. I think I’d have to be serious about coming home from work early and getting to bed early.
Does 9pm tonight sound about right?
