6-in-8: Week 6, Days 38, 39, 40 *REPRISED*
I feel guilty not having to log my food down. I guess the lazy bug hit me quite hard that I can’t even bring myself to remember what I ate. But here’s about much of what I remember and I don’t think I missed anything out.
Shameless Food Log for January 3rd:
0845 – two mini pancakes, two soft boiled eggs, coffee with milk and sugar
1045 – ramly chicken burger with egg, lemon juice
1700 – ramly burger chicken burger
1930 – two crab legs, one chicken leg, six chicken satay sticks, six beef satay sticks, kway teow, half serving of fried rice, broccoli and cauliflower cooked in butter, potatoes, blueberry tart, half a thin slice of egg tart, five scoops of iced kachang
Shameless Food Log for January 4th:
1000 – five and a half hotdogs, one slice of kaya toast with butter, one slice of french toast with honey, prata with vegetable curry, orange juice
1330 – sour fish in tomato sauce, rice, chicken with french beans
1500 – ramly burger
2100 – three mini portuguese egg tarts, sweet and sour fish, sweet chicken in dark sauce, rice, chinese water spinach
Shameless Food Log for January 5th:
1200 – four chocolate chip cookies
1230 – eggs benedict, lettuce, almonds, cranberry, cherry tomatoes in vinaigrette, coffee with non fat milk and two packs of calorie-free sweeteners
1500 – half a skinny vanilla black tea latte
1930 – duck, herbal chicken, rice, tofu, cabbage, egg with mushroom, one chocolate chip cookie
