Hi-Lo
I wish I could say this week has been mixed with highs and lows. Unfortunately, there is only so much highs to feed the low points and I’m mostly just left with feeling low once again. Of course, there is the M1 fiasco that I’ve been “battling” for two weeks now [watch out for a more detailed look into the case in another post].
If there is anything more painfully stressful, it is cases like this where a bigger, more powerful party (aka M1) is trying to squeeze what little money the other party has left, who by the way, is already scraping off change in glass jars. I absolutely hate the feeling of not having a voice in this, like I am at their mercy but…whatever. I have some fight left in me so I will use it. But in the long run, there is only so much one can do and we all fall back into the system of doom and gloom.

On a high note, I attended Blankavas‘ 3rd year anniversary party at OverEasy last Wednesday, 27th of January. It was fun and enjoyable and the booze was overflowing, not that I had much anyway, but I’m sure the success of a party is dependent on the amount of drinks available. Anyway, I won the award for “Girl most likely to turn a gay man straight”, which I think is kind of ironic. Haha.
