Hello, I’m Niki. Paniki is actually a Tagalog word for “bat”, meaning the nocturnal mammal that lives in caves.
I was born and bred in Manila and have made Singapore my home for the past two years already.
Jumping on a plane with a whole bag full of dreams, I’ve set myself up for some really huge undertakings by coming to this place. ‘Starting from scratch’ pretty much sums it up, if you ask me.
When I’ve got enough financial security, I can probably go on to fulfill my nomadic desires and travel. For now, I’m stuck on my desk, drinking incessant amounts of coffee and trying to make some sense of where I’m headed.
